TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 CAR AND DRIVER

​

In reserving a luxury limousine with us, Romanov Imperial Garage always includes our own chauffeur.  He is the only one who will be operating this vehicle.

​

BOOKING

​

A reservation form will need to be completed at least four days in advance of the desired date of use. Shorter lead times for a reservation may be possible if the car is available. The rental fee must be deposited upon signature of this contract and this requires the client to have a valid credit card.  A Security Deposit must also be paid at the time of the reservation. The Security Deposit is $5000.00 and will be refunded within seven business days of use of the vehicle when it is determined that no damage has occurred.

  

If due to client request the booked hourly time is exceeded, that expense will be billed to the client's credit card that is on file. Such a request cab only be granted if the driver and car are not obligated to another client.

 

RENTING

The contracting party needs to declare that he or she has fully comprehended and accepted the conditions of this agreement unreservedly and withdraws from any right to break, cancel or dispute the conditions of the present contract for any reason whatsoever, as well as any law suit or objection concerning the validity of the present agreement.

 

TIME

​

 ROMANOV IMPERIAL GARAGE will grant up to 15 minutes of grace due to heavy traffic or any act of God that would prevent concluding the service within one sixty minute period. If the session is not concluded within the booked time (a special situation would apply to the 15 minute grace period, described above) due to any other reason, a full hour will be charged.  No fraction of an hour will be considered.

CONCLUSION OF SESSION

​

Having examined the vehicle prior to use, when the session ends the vehicle must be in the same excellent condition as when the session began. Any violation of this agreement will result in forfeiture of the Security Deposit plus any additional funds required to restore the vehicle to its former condition.  The client has full obligation to pay the entire cost of repairs and restoration for any and all damage incurred. He or she is also liable to compensate Romanov Imperial Garage for the time period the damaged rented vehicle is out of circulation, at a rate of $3000 per day.

TRAVEL RADIUS OF 15 MILES MAXIMUM FROM STARTING LOCATION

THE CAR IS ONLY FOR HIRE IN THE METROPOLITAN ATLANTA AREA*

​

***If one needs the auto outside the Atlanta area, special rates would apply and we will be happy to offer a quote***

In the unlikely situation of the client being responsible for an accident of any sort resulting in damage or injury to the car, driver, or other passenger, he or she must pay for any associated expenses incurred.

 

CANCELLATION

​

Bookings are non-refundable: 

 

1.  If submitted the same day of the booked event

​

2.  If submitted three business days prior to the time of your booking 

​

Partial refunds will be given as follows:

​

1.  If customer withdraws from the booking within seven days prior to reserved date 50% of the booking fee will be charged

​

2.  If customer withdraws from booking within fourteen days before reserved date a flat fee of $500 will apply
